The garden contains mature feature pine trees and shrubs that can be illuminated in the evening. In season, the garden may even provide lemons for your Gin & Tonic!

The 7.0 × 4.5 metre swimming pool can be heated in the winter. The depth of the pool goes from 1.0 metre at the shallow end to 1.75 metres at the deep end. An outside shower is conveniently located close to the pool.

The terrace runs the length of the villa overlooking the pool and garden. Three of the bedrooms open onto the terrace. An easterly patio captures the morning sun for breakfast on the terrace.

A covered central patio provides shaded space for dining outside in the mid day sun. The patio dining table can accommodate up to 10 people. In the evening the patio to the west captures the westerly evening light. A charcoal BBQ is provided for your use.
